The Atelier
VANIALA. Orchid, in Malagasy. Beautiful without apologising. Noticed without trying.
I was born in Madagascar — an island where colours don’t pretend. At 18, I crossed the ocean to venture towards new horizons, my hands already itching to create something.
My hands, precisely. They’ve never been able to sit still. Sewing, painting, pottery, woven jewellery — whatever the material, it had to pass through my fingers. That’s just how I work.
And then, one day, polymer clay. And clay. And plaster. And everything my hands can shape.

There, the result. Hundreds of tests, entire batches sacrificed on the altar of perfection, colours that weren’t quite right redone until they were — and the Aura earrings were born. That velvety, matte finish. That organic, leaf-like shape that rests on the ear like a promise. Those colours, chosen one by one, because every shade tells a story.

The same attention to detail has found its way into the objects themselves. Shapes that open up, that welcome, that inhabit the space. Colour that doesn’t ask for permission.
Everything is handmade in my little workshop in the Paris region. What you receive is made to last.
VANIALA Atelier is an obsession with colour and a simple belief: beauty should be accessible to everyone.
Materials, colours, character.
