Refund policy

Customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to contact us at hello@vanialatelier.com to return an item. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility. A refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item, via the same payment method used for the purchase. In the event of a manufacturing defect, VANIALA Atelier will cover the cost of the return and replacement.
