Prices — All prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of 20% VAT.

Manufacturing — VANIALA Atelier earrings are made to order. Production time: 5 to 10 working days after payment has been confirmed.

Payment — Payment is due at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods available on our website.

Delivery — Delivery times and rates are indicated at the time of ordering.

Cancellation — In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of cancellation. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
